1. Eligibility Criteria
– Physical Store Requirement: To qualify as a distributor, you must have a physical store or shop located in a reputable area.
– Product Knowledge: You should have a good understanding of the products you intend to sell. Experience selling our products previously is a definite advantage.
2. Distributor Categories
We categorize our distributors into two groups based on order volume:
Category A: Distributors placing a minimum order of ₦10 million.
Category B: Distributors placing a minimum order of ₦5 million.
For customers unable to meet these order thresholds, we still offer our products but note that you will not be eligible for the preferred pricing structure available to Category A and B distributors.
3. Credit Facilities
Credit is available only to established customers with a proven track record. New customers must demonstrate creditworthiness through consistent performance before credit facilities are extended.
New customers seeking immediate credit must provide a bank guarantee before credit is granted.
4. Pricing and Profit Margin
We do not interfere with the profit margin set by our distributors. However, we advise that each carton be sold with a minimum profit margin of ₦1,000 to ensure a sustainable business.

Target Locations: We are actively looking for distributors in Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Aba, Onitsha, and Port Harcourt.
Wholesale Only: We operate as a wholesale company and do not engage in retail sales. For customers seeking to buy in small quantities, we can provide contact details of our authorized distributors.
Incentive Structure: Our top-performing distributors benefit from a commission-based incentive program, which is calculated based on yearly turnover and varies by product. Details of this program will be discussed once both parties reach an agreement.
